We feature regional Franconian specialities: every sauce is freshly made each morning and every joint freshly roasted. Our menu also boasts a wide range of fine dishes and seasonal specialities.
All our dishes have one thing in common:

All meat and sausage-meat products come from our own butcher’s shop. Our two master butchers, Heinz & Jörg Güthlein, ensure personally that our dishes are of outstanding quality.
