Just so that there are no misunderstandings…
…there are a few little things to note.
Our hotel prices are per room per night.
They include breakfast and VAT, as well as free parking and WiFi (WLAN) access.
On arrival, your room is available from 15.00 at the latest.
However, it is nearly always free earlier.
It would be appreciated if you could check out by 11.00 on your day of departure and leave your room key at reception. If you would like to stay longer, just let us know.
We always try to make your hotel cancellations without charge.
If for once this is unfortunately not possible, we reserve the right to make cancellation charges, in accordance with the guidelines of the German Hotel and Gastronomy Association (DEHOGA).
If you can’t make your trip…
- we charge 20% of the net accommodation costs from two weeks beforehand
- we charge 80% of the net accommodation costs from two days beforehand
